Wave Stitch Beanie

Making a beanie with the Wave Stitch pattern looks amaizing! I loved the way it turned out. It's a very easy pattern & a beautiful stitch. It looks more complex then it actually is. ^_^

So here is what i did: I used Red Heart "Aran Fleck" yarn & a H/8-5.00MM hook. The pattern is worked in groups of fives so i chained 35 plus 1 & worked the pattern as it is. If you want your hat to be "slouchy" add more chains in the begging of your work.

This pattern is worked flat. I did about 48 rows before closing the beanie on the side. (yes, im wearing pjs. :P) You can do as many rows as you wish to fit around your head.

Once you are finished you stlip stitch both ends of the beanie together & leave a long tail at the end to sow the top of the beanie.

Turn your beanie inside out! & sow the top of the beanie together. Flip it right side out & it should look like this:

I decided to add a pom pom!!

To make your pom pom fluffy, brush it with a hair brush to make it look fuller. Then sow it on your beanie.
& TAH-DAH!!!!! You are finished!
